Graduate and Undergraduate Research Days to be Held in April
The Psychology Department's annual Undergraduate Research Day will be Friday, April 20. The poster session will feature posters by undergraduate students who have conducted research for their honors theses and Directed Individual Study work. The poster session will be followed by the Howard Baker Award ceremony and luncheon. The schedule of events is to be announced.
Graduate Research Day will take place from 8:30 to 4:00 on Monday, April 23. Graduate Research Day celebrates the best research being conducted by graduate students in the department, with talk sessions starting in the morning and a poster session and reception in the afternoon. This year's keynote speaker will be Heather Flynn, who will present her work examining perinatal depression. Dr. Flynn is a former FSU graduate student and is now an associate professor and vice chair for research in FSU's Department of Medical Humanities and Social Sciences. Keep an eye on this site for details and times for the full day of events.
