Dr. Jim McNulty will be accepting applications to be a DIS in his lab for the Spring 2024 semester. Research in the CAIR Lab examines how strong beliefs may change or remain stable over time in romantic relationships. Potential benefits of joining the CAIR Lab:
- First-hand experience working with psychological data and conducting analyses
- Exposure to social psychological literature on social cognition and maintenance processes in romantic relationships

Responsibilities in the lab may include:
- Running experimental sessions
- Coding video data
- Assisting with participant recruitment
- Attending lab meetings
- Data cleaning and management
Requirements:
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
- Must commit to at least 3 hours per week to the lab
- Although not required, preference will be given to students who are interested in relationships research and have taken Research Methods and Social Psychology
