Motivated Social Cognition Lab

Dr. Irmak Olcaysoy Okten is accepting DIS research assistants for the Motivated Social Cognition (MSC) Lab in the Department of Psychology, starting from Fall 2022. The research in the MSC lab will focus on social cognitive and motivational processes underlying biased impressions and behaviors. Selected students will get hands-on experience and have the opportunity to contribute to research through literature review, study design, data collection, data cleaning and analysis, and content coding. Interested students can apply by using this link.
