Hart Lab

Dr. Hart is seeking undergraduate DIS students for Spring Semester! The Individual Differences in Cognitive Development lab is focused on understanding what makes people different from each other regarding educational outcomes. Her current project, the National Project on Achievement in Twins, aims to understand why some children struggle in school, while others do not. Students will have the opportunity to gain valuable research experience and build their communication skills!

**Face-to-face and remote DIS options available**

Duties will include:

  • Calling elementary schools
  • Preparing mailings
  • Data entry
  • Occasional community recruitment events
  • Attending weekly lab meetings

Requirements for applying:

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Must commit to 3 credit-hours for the first semester
